We combine disciplined underwriting with hands-on asset management, working with carefully selected property management firms. We buy at an attractive basis, improve physical and operating condition, stabilize recurring income, and make capital decisions with a long-term ownership goal.

Leads investment analysis, acquisition strategy and asset management. His responsibilities include opportunity evaluation, underwriting support, feasibility analysis, investment due diligence, portfolio performance, and asset strategy.
